The FBCDZ series (formerly BDK62 series) fan is a large-scale explosion-proof axial flow fan developed based on the ventilation network parameters of coal mines in China. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise. The highest static pressure efficiency of the product is over 86%, reaching the leading level of mining main fans in China. The material used for this fan has passed the friction spark test of the Chongqing Branch Testing Center of the Chinese Academy of Coal Science and has met the explosion-proof requirements. The explosion-proof performance of the whole machine has passed the explosion-proof inspection of the National Explosion proof Electrical Product Quality Testing Center.
Main features:
1. In order to meet the resistance requirements of the coal mine ventilation network and ensure the efficiency of the ventilation fan, the machine adopts a counter rotating structure, where the impellers of the two machines rotate in opposite directions to each other, which can eliminate the middle guide vanes and reduce their losses, thus improving the efficiency of the fan.
2. The use of a direct connection between the motor and impeller avoids damage accidents to the transmission device, eliminates energy loss in the transmission device, and improves the efficiency of the fan device.
3. The motors are installed in a sealed cover inside the main air duct of the fan. The sealed cover has a certain degree of pressure resistance, which can isolate the motor from the gas containing gas in the fan flow channel, and also play a certain role in heat dissipation. The sealed cover is equipped with two rows of streamlined air ducts, which are connected to the ground atmosphere through the main air duct, allowing fresh air to flow into the sealed cover while maintaining a positive pressure state of the air inside the cover during the operation of the fan.
4. The maximum static pressure efficiency of the fan can reach over 86%, with a wide high-efficiency zone, ensuring that the main fan efficiency of the mine is above 75% in all three mining stages. This has reversed the low operating efficiency of the main fans in large mines in China, and can save a lot of electricity.
5. The fan can reverse the reverse air flow, with a reverse air volume of up to 60% of the positive air volume. There is no need to set up a separate reverse air duct, which has the advantages of saving infrastructure investment and fast reverse air speed.
6. The installation angle of the impeller blades can be adjusted according to production requirements. The fan adopts a special design, with no hump in the performance curve, and can operate stably under any network resistance.
7. This series of fans runs stably with low vibration. Both the fan and diffuser can be installed on a wheeled flatbed truck and can operate continuously for a long time.
